BIM as-built plan

Working method

The building stock is measured deformation-true with the help of Total Station and FlexyJet measuring devices. A vectorial and thus data-minimised 3D BIM building model is generated on site, which is then modelled in the office.

Due to the point-by-point measurement method, instead of a 3D scan, it is also possible to record geometries that are not directly visible: for example, the depth of a built-in radiator niche can be easily determined with the help of a folding metre stick and incorporated into the building model accordingly.

Advantages

The 3D BIM as-built model created in this way supports planners and owners in all planning phases. The following processes are simplified:

  • Communication with building owners, customers, authorities, ...
  • Visualisation of the planned conversion measures
  • Mass determination
  • Cost estimation of the planned interventions
  • Corporation with specialist planners

The 3D models generated are compatible with any IFC-compatible CAD software for architectural, structural, HVAC and electrical planning and are available as native ArchiCAD PLN format.
